The 0W cold-cranking grade is the right pick for cold starts; the 40 high-temp grade holds up at sustained throttle.
The oil carries the JASO MA wet-clutch certification, so it is safe in any shared-sump ATV that calls for a JASO MA or JASO MA2 oil. Run only the SAE viscosity your owner's manual lists; if the manual calls for 10W-40 specifically, use a 10W-40 ATV oil rather than substituting.
