• Normal and severe service: change oil and filter at the extended drain intervals established by the vehicle manufacturer for ACEA A3/B4 or matching OEM specifications. Change the oil filter at every oil change.
• Engines with diesel particulate filters (DPF) or gasoline particulate filters (GPF): not recommended. Those engines require a Mid-SAPS or Low-SAPS oil such as an ACEA C3 or C5 grade.
• Modified, racing, or alternative-fuel engines: not covered by these recommendations. Follow the engine builder's lubrication guidance.
• Vehicles serviced outside the United States and Canada: confirm the local OEM specification against the approvals printed on the bottle before topping off or changing.
