AMSOIL 10W-30 100% Synthetic Small-Engine Oil is a shear-stable SAE 10W-30 formulation engineered for air-cooled, four-stroke power equipment that runs hot, runs long and rarely sees a forgiving duty cycle. The 10W-30 grade is built for zero-turn, riding, stand-on and push mowers, generators, pressure washers, log splitters, and similar gasoline equipment that calls for SAE 30 or 10W-30. Independent severe-service testing in a Kawasaki FX 730 V engine left pistons and rings virtually free of deposits and wear after 500 hours of operation.

Wear protection built for sustained load

Small-engine duty cycles rarely include a real cool-down. Cylinder walls, valvetrains and ring packs see continuous high temperatures with no break in load. The formulation is compatible with other synthetic and conventional motor oils, but mixing shortens the life expectancy of AMSOIL motor oils and reduces performance benefits. Extended drain intervals are not supported where oils have been mixed, and aftermarket oil additives are not recommended.
